Phase map

  1. 1 · Company initial request - Register company, sites, users, cutover preference (onsite / cloud / hybrid), and network notes. Creates your portal registration and unlocks the $999 assessment path.
  2. 2 · Assessment (read-only agent) - Download the audit agent. It runs in read-only mode: inventory, health, security posture, growth signals. No network changes - no VLAN edits, no AD writes, no firewall pushes, no patch installs during assessment.
  3. 3 · Full analytic audit report - Gap scoring, device/software/LOB map, BPA flags, and retail BOM tiers (budget / best practice / full redundancy). Delivered into the customer portal and auditor console.
  4. 4 · Upgrade roadmap for high availability - Onsite (>=3 refurbished hosts + Hyper-V), cloud (IONOS / AWS / Azure / GCP), or hybrid. Roadmap covers HA, backup/DR targets, and travel vs remote cutover policy.
  5. 5 · Approval -> full config + image-level backup - On quote approve + downpayment: freeze a complete system-wide image-level backup of all company systems (servers, critical VMs, configs). These backups are locked - no further writes - reserved for DR restore or clone onto new hardware/cloud.
  6. 6 · Purchase local and/or cloud hardware & services - Procure Dell/HPE/Lenovo hosts, network family (Omada / UniFi / Cisco), licensing, and/or cloud landings. Customer portal tracks BOM lines; consumption cloud stays on your cloud bill where applicable.
  7. 7 · Cloning / upgrade agent (old env unchanged) - New environment is brought online conflict-free beside production (non-colliding IPs, hostnames, AD staging, or cloud VPC/VDC). Old environment is not mutated. Systems are duplicated and upgraded in tandem on the new stack.
  8. 8 · End-user personnel validation - Your staff UAT on the new environment (LOB apps, printers, shares, VPN/RDS, email) before any cutover scripts run.
  9. 9 · Planned cutover via workstation scripts - Domain join / profile / mapped drives / printers / shortcuts applied by script on client PCs and laptops. Cutover window scheduled; rollback still possible from locked gold images until sign-off.

Image sets frozen after approval. Used only for DR or clone seed - not iteratively rewritten in place. Pre/post backups on every later change.
