From audit to cutover

  1. Order — company + network intake. Pay the $1,000 audit fee.
  2. Download agent — install on a domain/server. It scans the LAN, security posture, and growth signals, then opens remote assist for auditors.
  3. Real quote — retail BOM (≥3 refurbished hosts + virt) with airfare & per diem. Add a‑la‑carte (NAS, Windows/Linux envs, AV, RDS, marketing 5×–10×, LOB).
  4. Approve — equipment downpayment. On-prem: team flies in. Cloud: remote cutover (onsite only if gear recycle).
  5. Complete — remainder paid on completion. Automation + growth plan included.
