TUCE Client contracts
All TUCE MSP client contracts are signed on msp.tuce.app with a court-oriented e-sign pack (intent, consents, document SHA-256, UTC time, IP, user agent, HMAC certificate). Terms protect both sides fairly: mutual duties, limited liabilities, policy/approval chain for MSP risk, and settlement outside court (negotiate -> mediate -> binding arbitration). Agents unlock only after required signatures and payment.
